How can I enter paragraph breaks in question heading or text

Hi, wondering how to create paragraph breaks in the text for question titles and descriptive text below?
“Enter” doesn’t work.

I tried fiddling with the code in the customization tab using <div> and </div>, which worked initially but didn’t stick.

Hi, can you please try a Soft Line Break within Shift + Enter.
If you are trying to use breaks on paragraph widget, please try that <br /> tag option, i am attaching screenshots.
