Payment Submission Limit

Hi, 

Our account says it has reached the limit on payment susmissions. Our form has a payment on it, but most people aren't using it (they can also mail a check or pay in person, so only a small amount need to pay online). 10 people haven't actually paid online. Is there a way to fix the form so they arent all showing up as payment submissions?

If I'm not mistaken this  may still happen as along as their is a Payment Tool on your form. In any case I would advise to take advantage of one of our subscriptions so that you may avoid these type of limits.
