    Hi scsdental,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

You can add your shipping payment to the paypal integration form. I've attached some illustrations and hope this helps.

When you add the PayPal field to your form Payment Wizard will launch automatically. You will be asked to enter your PayPal account information.

Payment Account:  Enter your PayPal account email address
Need Payer Address:  If you will be shipping a product to the user or need address for some other purpose, select Yes.
Currency:  Select the currency in which your products will be priced in.

    Payment Wizard: Payment Options

To understand what types of payment forms you can create with JotForm, see  Payment Form Types  page.

A  product  can be anything that requires  one time payment . Example products might be shipped goods, digital goods, event registrations.

A  subscription  on the other hand will get users to pay you a  recurring payments . Once signed-up user’s PayPal account will send you payment periodically. You can get these payments weekly, monthly or yearly.

A  donation  is also a  one time payment  just like a product, but users can  set their own price .

    Payment Wizard: Products

Enter your product prices and options. Each product must have a name and price. You can also have an image for your product.

Click on “Add New Options to add additional choices for users to select. For example, if you are selling a t-shirt, you can ask users to select quantity, t-shirt size and color.

After including all of your products, insert the shipment cost if your users want to ship the goods.

    Payment Wizard: Thank you

Once you complete all steps on the payment wizard, you will see a final confirmation page.

    Form Builder Options:

Here is how our finalized looks like:

You can edit label of your question by clicking on “My Products” or click on the toolbar buttons to configure your question. You can also click on the wizard icon on your question to re-launch your wizard and update your product details.

It takes only couple of minutes to create a PayPal Form with JotForm. It is also highly flexible. You can create multiple product forms with many options to choose.
If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to help you.

What if the buyer unchecks or forget to check the  "ship this to me" checkbox, I will have to cover the shipping charge because Paypal will only receive the charges for the product but not the shipping charge.

Is there a way to keep the checkbox selected to avoid the buyer from unchecking or bypassing the shipping charge? I certainly would like them to pay for shipping.

    Thank you

    Hi rds,

Unfortunately, we do not have such a feature available yet. You can instead use this url for your form --[][id]=1011 -- to have that box checked by default upon loading. The problem with this is that the user can still have it unchecked.

The other solution is to embed the form using source codes and add the linechecked="checked" disabled="disabled" in the input tags for the "delivery and packing" item in your payment form.

Click here to view an example of the 2nd solution.

To get your form's source embed codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Note that for both solutions, the delivery cost does not reflect right away. It will only be added to the total cost once another item is added by the customer.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again.

I have tried the solution above and had these problems:

If I copy and paste the Embed/Source, the menu drop downs are not styled correctly.

If I use the "compressed and refined" css and js files, the Submit button to Paypal does not work.

Help! All I want to do is set checked and disabled....

    Thank you

I'm trying to use the tips here to check a box on my form, but my code looks a little different than the example above. Where in the following code can I add the checked="checked" disabled="disabled

          productID = {"0":"input_10_1006","1":"input_10_1007","2":"input_10_1008","3":"input_10_1009","4":"input_10_1010","5":"input_10_1011","6":"input_10_1020"};

Thanks for your help, and apologies for any ignorance on my part...this is not my area of expertise, whatsoever!

Please share with us the form URL which you'd like to get the above method to work. Also, please create a separate thread about this inquiry so we can focus on that.

We have just released the shipping option for Paypal integrated forms.

You may now specify a cost for shipping each item, or set a weight value for each item to have the shipping cost calculated using the profile-based method you have set up under your Paypal account.

    Flat Shipping Cost:

    Product Weight Value:

Please do try it out then let us know how it goes. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Hello, in the above response you show two screens: a flat shipping cost and a weight value based calculation. I cannot seem to find the weight value option! Can you please help me set up my form to send the weight values on to PayPal to calculate the cost?

    Thanks, Max
