Form still over limit after deleting submissions

    I deleted all the data, but I still can't use this form. Why not?

    I have cleared your form caches and it seemed to have fixed it.

    Could you please check your form again now?

    Hi, the same issue is happening. I deleted all the data.

    Also, is there anyway to get the 50% off discount again? I'd like to get a package.

    Hello ausie27,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form limits. I checked your account and I noticed that you've already reached your Total Upload space limit. Please note that after deleting your submission data, they will be transferred to your Trashed Entries for another 30 days before being completely purged on our system.

    Please manually purged your submission data on your Trashed Entries to free up your space. Let me show you how:

    1.) In the Submission table, click on the Select All button on the left side.

    2.) Click delete on the upper right side of the page to delete all selected submissions.

    3.) Once deleted, click on the Elipsis icon beside the Form Submission name.

    4.) Select Trashed Entries.

    5.) Trash folder will automatically pop up on the left side of the screen.

    6.) Click on Select All once again, then click Delete Forever.
