Hi,
I am setting up an integration with ActiveCampaign to help with my approval workflow and have hit a snag.
I have created two forms; form A (booking request) and form B (agreement). Workflow I would like:
1) Client completes form A --> sent for internal approval
2) Once approved in Jotform --> Jotform sends email to client with prefilled url link to form B
3) Client clicks link and submits form BJotforms handles that part just find. What I would like to do is inject a follow up reminder if form B is not completed. What I can tell is that form A has no link to form B so not possible with Jotforms.
Is it possible to have a trigger in Jotforms so that when form A is approved it will send an update to ActiveCampaign?
Thank you,
Leanne -

We would like to apologize for the delayed response.
Updates made to submission are sent over to Active Campaign via integration. I have created a test form with a "Status" field that will only be updated/filled in edit mode.
I have set up the ActiveCampaign integration to create/update a list from form submissions.
I edited a submission on the Jotform Tables
The update I made to the form in edit mode is sent to ActiveCampaign via integration. This means that every time the submit button of the form is clicked, the integration is triggered.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your response. What you describe above is not ideal as we are already using your Jotform Approvals workflow and would like for this to trigger the "approved" update to Activecampaign rather than the additional step of editing the entry each time. We also integrate with Asana and each edit creates a new duplicate task which is less than ideal if this occurs time we need to approve a form.
Is this possible as the above field does not seem to be available to activecampaign?

Hello there,
In case you want that Asana integration works in a way that we could create a project and/or task in asana after the approval in JotForm, currently, we can only send it from Jotform to Asana on submission. Unfortunately, that is currently not possible.
