Why do i receive notification to approve a completed form? And what is apporval flow?

It seems like you have an approval flow activated in your form,

To access the approval flow, click on the form builder at the top

and then click on approvals

This will redirect you to the approvals panel

You can edit your approvals if you wish to have them, You can learn more about approvals on this page

If you wish to disable approvals,

You can do that at the settings tab under the status
