How do I get account support?

    I was editing an existing form. It is a simple order form for printer supplies. I have used similar forms for 5+ years with Jotform. Suddenly the edit window went blank and said it couldn’t find the form. When I tried logging out and back in it says “login suspended”. 

    I do not have too many submissions. And I doubt I have too many form views, but this stat is not visible that I can see. 

    I am not running any integrations on the form in question. And the form does not violate any policies or restrictions I am aware of.

    I would appreciate assistance as soon as possible as we have use for the forms tomorrow morning.
