Not getting email notifications of a from being sent

    The test emails go through without a hitch but when a form is filled out on the actual page and the submit button pressed the information is not emailed to me. I've sent test submissions to myself and I get nothing. I've been through all your forums and it looks like I have everything setup as you want, but i must be missing something. GoDaddy hosts my email and I use Optimum as a carrier. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

    Hi, have you checked in the spam folder? Try white-listing our domain names:

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)
