Drafts are not saved in the app

    Hi there,

    We noticed this morning that when clients start filling out a form in the app their draft is not automatically saved. Usually the draft would save and be found under submissions but when they click back it does not prompt the question to save the draft.

    Could you please clear your browser cache and see if the issue persists or try in the incognito mode?

    Try filling the form in any other browser too. Please save some information and then continue serving if it populates the data on the form while you have opened the protected link a second time.
