HIPAA error

    All our forms we have chosen to be encrypted, however, when transferring to your HIPAA servers we receive an error on transfer. Each time it prompts us for a new BAA, and as of now, we have signed it approximately a dozen times. The most recent has been signing it today (we did get an email copy). These forms need to stay encrypted, and we need to trust your system will not change it again and they are moved to your HIPAA servers. How can you remedy this error and ensure the HIPAA privacy?

    Sorry but the encryption needs to be turned off for the HIPAA migration to work.

    The HIPAA data is anyway encrypted on the back end on our HIPAA compliant servers. So the default encryption option will not work when you upgrade your account to HIPAA.

    Go to your Account data page and disable the encryption.

    After that click on "Enable HIPAA Compliance" again.
