I can't log on and I can't create a form

    I tried to create a form but was not able to complete it. For some reason my account has also been suspended. I can't get in. Please help. Thank you

    Looks like the account got auto suspended by the system. It is currently active. If you face any issues again then please do let us know here so we can check this further.

    I tried to make a fillable form but it is not working. When I import an
    existing PDF it does not create a fillable document. Please advise.

    Please note that when you import your PDF form, it creates an equivalent web form in Jotform. You can check the submission data in original PDF by going to PDF editor. Please check the screenshot below:

    If you want to download the fillable PDF form again, you will have to first disable the "Original PDF connection" and then you can go to your form's PDF editor, build the PDF form and download it. Please check the screenshot below:
