I have set up three forms to use for my clinical practice. When clients initially set up an account profile, they are asked for STATE and ZIP CODE. As I and my clients are in Canada, I would like to have the template changed to PROVINCE and POSTAL CODE as some clients have found using the form a little confusing. Please advise. Thanks

Hello Paul - If you're referring to the address field, you can edit the sublabels to only use POSTAL CODE and PROVINCE:
Edit the values in the right side and to say "POSTAL CODE" and "PROVINCE" only.
