Setting pre-specified date on recurring donations

Hello,

I know how to set up the jotform so that we can have recurring monthly donations, but is there a way I can set it so that all of those donations come out on the first of every month?

Hi Jenny, Thank you for asking.

I'm afraid it's not possible to set the date when the recurring starts on the Jotform side. Jotform recurring starts on the date the user submits the form. If it's monthly, it would renew the next month on the same day, not the first day of the month. This could only be possible within the payment gateway you choose by editing the recurring details sent by Jotform - There is still no guarantee; it is simply a matter of whether your payment gateway supports it.
