Two of my forms have disabled themselves without ANY waning, and I really need them to be up and running all the time. What is going on? If this form site trash or am I missing something?

Let me please inform you, that this is caused by enabled Submission Limit option. The Submission Limit option is actually disabling the form each time when it is reaching its limit.
Please remove mentioned limit and re-enable the form.
