Thanks for asking. Yes, there is a submission limit that differs according to the type of account. For Free accounts (like yours) it's 100 regular or 10 secure submissions in total (spread among all of your forms) per calendar month. In other words, if you have 10 forms with 10 regular submissions each, your submissions for the month would have been depleted.

i meant, can a form have up to 500 submissions stored, or no limit?

There is no hard limit to the number of submissions that can be stored. So long as the submissions (including any uploads that may have been received via your forms) do not exceed 100 MB in space (on Free accounts) it's no problem.
