forgive my persistence with questions before the webinar but I love that you have an app development tool so here is my major question before the webinar because this has an immediate need for one of our clients. If I happen to have an embedded video as a lesson in the app can I maintain the link and integrity of the app but switch or update the videos meaning every single month there's new fresh content in the app meaning this can also be used as a learning app?

As for changing the video content in your app - yes, you can change it freely, just like you would with the content of a form. Editing your app works in exactly the same way as editing forms - the rest of your app will stay unchanged, and so will the link to the app.
