question - Jot form upload limit

I am curious what that means exactly and what route makes the most sense. Is there someone I can talk to?

Upload limit or upload space on Jotform accounts is the space taken by files/documents/images that are uploaded by users when they fill and submit your forms. For this purpose, you will need a File upload field element on your form(s).

It is a total count for the account and can be reset by deleting the uploads linked to each submission.
