Questions About Plan Upgrade

    I need to upgrade my plan to receive more submissions because I have reached the limit for secure submissions. I need to put this on a credit card, but I'll only need the form through June 30, 2014. The web site only provides the option to do reoccurring payments, and I need the form available again by tomorrow morning.

    1. Is there another option for me to pay given my timeline?

    2. How do you cancel the reoccurring monthly payments with JotForm?

    Please let me know your thoughts.

    We have reset your secure submissions counter, so that your form is active now.

    1. Is there another option for me to pay given my timeline?

    There is a monthly subscription available. For example, you can sign up for our monthly subscription on April 1st, 2014 and keep it for three months.

    2. How do you cancel the reoccurring monthly payments with JotForm?

    The paid subscription can be canceled at any time, PayPal subscriptions are being canceled through PayPal website and Credit Card subscription can be canceled from Account Billing page. Also, Support Members can cancel subscriptions per request.
