The back button does not let you click back further than one page.

Hi, I just tested your form and the error happened, however when cloning the form, the cloned version worked fine:
You may clone your form, and try it, that should fix the issue. Let us know what happens we will be glad to assist you.

Thanks but the cloned version lets you go back two or three more pages, then it does not let you go back any further.
If you can look into this that would be much appreciated.

I found the caused of this issue as the Spacer Widget
If you removed all the spacer widget added on each page break field, the Next/Back navigation will work just fine.
You can simplify the removal using the Field Manager. Refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/242-How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields
The spacer widget is called "unamed widget field" -- you can delete them
You can test this cloned version http://form.jotform.me/form/40907778533464? of your form. I have removed the spacer widget and the required fields for testing purpose.
I suggest you do not use the spacer widget anymore. If you like to add more space between the page break field and the field after it, you can also use the TEXT field (found in Form Tools) as the spacer.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
