Unread Submissions

    Our "new submissions" dot/count is not updating correctly. I have gone through and marked all of our submissions as unread. When that didn't work I went and clicked on every single submission but it is still showing that we have new/unread submissions.

    Hi there,

    Can you please share with us the form in question? I checked your account, and I can see you have multiple forms, and some of them have unread submissions.

    This applies to both Adoption Application - Cat and Adoption Application - Dog

    Thank you for following up.

    I have gone in and redone a count of all your submissions, as well as a specific recount and check of the mentioned forms. I have also cleared your form cache, just in case. 

    Can you check and please let me know if the issue persists?

    The issue has been resolved on the web version, but now I noticed that it is not syncing with the app. Submissions are marked as viewed on the web version, but are marked as unread in the app.

    Please try quitting the app and sync-ing the data.

    Thanks, did you do something to correct it? I noticed the above issue today, but I haven't opened the app for days, after the original issue was corrected.

    We have redone a count of all your submissions and it might not have sync properly with your app that is why we suggested for you to logged out and logged in. If the issue still persist, please let us know.
