Can not logon to my account...

    I have a Jot Form Account but I can not logon.


    I changed my email some time ago to from


    and now I can't logon



    can you help ?

    Upon checking the embedded form in your web page, I found it to be associated with username "ApixPhoto". The account email address is "info@***".

    If you have access to this email address, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page:
