I have a Jot Form Account but I can not logon.
I changed my email some time ago to firstname.lastname@example.org from T_glinski@me.com
and now I can't logon
can you help ?

Upon checking the embedded form in your web page, I found it to be associated with username "ApixPhoto". The account email address is "info@***-photography.com".
If you have access to this email address, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page:
