Unable to add more than 5 email conditions

Our company has multiple offices, and I'd like the selection of an office via dropdown to dictate an additional email being sent based on the choice. Example: If they select "Denver", "Notification 2" will trigger as usual, but an additional email will go to the Denver office. If they select "Chicago", the same situation will occur, but an email will go to Chicago instead of Denver.

I've created a dropdown with all of our offices, and I've begun creating a condition for each office selection, but...I've created 5 conditions and cannot create anymore.

Is there a maximum number of conditions per form? Is this even the best way to do what I'm attempting?

    Hello,

The number of conditions for sending emails should be limited to 50 emails per form, so you should be able to add more conditions for your form. May I ask which form you are currently working on? We will check the form to see if we could replicate the issue and escalate the issue as needed.

    Waiting for your kind reply.

    Hi,

I'm currently working on TEST Docusketch Estimate Request.

I've attached a screenshot of the list of offices. I'd need each office to have it's own condition as to send an email to a specific email address, in addition to the main 2 or 3 email addresses already included in Notification 2.

Example: Notification 2 includes xxxx@xxxx.com; yyyy@yyyy.com; and zzzz@zzzz.com. Every time the form is filled out, an email goes to each of those 3 addresses...but based on the selection in the Office field, the email also goes to another email address.

I'd likely need 23 different conditions, all going to a different office email address. Right now, it appears to be cutting me off at 5 conditions.

    Thank you,

    That's unusual.

I was able to add a new condition to your form

That condition is already removed. Are you editing the form via the collaboration URL? Please try again. The forms cache has already been cleared.

As mentioned earlier, the limit is 50 email conditions. We'll be waiting for your response.

Maybe it was a cache issue? It seems I can create additional conditions now...
