google form updating

When I update my form with jotform it in not updating on my google sheet. I added a colum called adopted by. It does not show up on my google sheet.

You would need to remove the integration then re-integrate again.

This is because when you make changes to the form or to the integrated sheet, the integration gets broken. That's the reason why you have to re-integrate after making changes.
