I'm a brand new user. I'm attempting to use a photography event template with a signature. Using the default widget and then adding the "smooth" signature widget, when the form is sent to my email, the signature image is displaying as a broken link.
I use safari (on a Mac) as my default browser but also tried to view the form in chrome browser, same result.

As your account have the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" settings ticked, therefore you are unable to view your signature image. Kindly turn off the settings in order to view your signature image. The settings can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
