    I have created five forms that I need our Associates to fill in and email/submit to notify 3 people. eg Time Card Amendment ... when they miss a clock in or out they need to submit the form. Am I able to set this up through slack?
    Is someone able to call me to help me integrate the two systems for all of the forms that we need our staff to submit.

    Thank you for contacting us, unfortunately, the slack integration works when submissions are made on the form and not the other way around, you can set it up to send the completed form information into a Slack channel of your choice.

    I created a folder with the five forms that I need my staff to fill in and submit. Is there a way to share the folder with my staff so all five forms would be available?

    I need to give me staff instructions on how to access the five forms (see attached snapshot), and submit when needed.

    How does this work, do I tell my staff to download and set up the app .....then they would see each form because I have shared the forms with them by email?

    I have integrated the forms with slack, the submission will go there and be emailed to us.1637375200_61985ce0de88a_

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I checked the form shown in the screenshot you shared in one of your last responses on this ticket and found that the "input_33" is a Fill in the Blank element.

    I'm afraid that is how the data in a Fill in the Blank is formatted and it seems that Slack is reading it as it is.

    How would you like to insert the data from the Fill in the Blank field on your form into separate form fields or just a single form field using the Long Text element conditionally and then, use the field(s) in the Slack integration instead of the Fill in the Blank field?
