How is it that I'm Almost out of space. I dont want SSL submissionsAsked by Alixcia on March 25, 2014 at 02:11 PM
I thought you got 100 submission per month? Right now I am at 10 and 7 of those were me testing it. I don't need SSL Secure submissions. It's just an RSVP for a party. And "Secure" is not selected and the code has http not https....
Is anybody going to anwers my question? You've answered plenty of questions after I posted this question.
Sorry for the delayed response.
This is was probably caused when you were testing the form that is in your trash under http://jotform.com/myforms -
In any case - that is of no consequence.
I have reset your SSL submissions to 5 for this month to prevent automatic suspension from an overquota usage- I have also tested the form on your site - you have 90 more submissions to go for this month - then 100 more in April.
I hope this helps - sorry it took long to get to your responses.
If this problem persists - please let us know.
OK thanks. And when you did the test it didn't come in as a "SSL". Sorry it's hard to tell since you dropped the SSL submission number.
Also the form in the trash had "0" submissions. I never did a test on that form since I'm not using it for a few months. So how did that effect the submissions coming in as "SSL"?
The test came out non-SSL - it did not increment your SSL counter.
The form in the trash was a probable cause - like I said - it is inconsequential, just a possible explanation -
For now, we have to wait and see if the problem re-occurs - when it does, we shall isolate the cause and fix it.
Let us know the moment the issue persists by responding on this thread- I will get a notification and check.
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you very much!!
