Files linked to Jotform won't let me open up file

Hello,

My manager has set me up to receive the jot form and there are files associated to it. Every time i receive them, it brings me to a URL that says- oops something went wrong. Need to look into the account to see if I am set up correctly because my manager stated that i should have access.

Looking at your account it appears that the form is not yours. You'll need the form owner to disable require login to view files in their account settings if you want to be able to access these.
