    I have followed the steps but the picture appears to be broken and the remove button is not working. Also, the steps to download it to the phone does not work properly. We are unable to download it to some of the phones.

    I do see all the images showing properly in your App.

    I've also downloaded the app on my Android phone and it seems to be working as expected. Could you please tell us what issues have you encountered while installing/downloading the app?
