Is there a way to control the exact size of the jotform length in pixels?

Asked by onepoint on July 22, 2011 at 12:34 PM

I am having issue using jotform on our primary landing page to capture conversion information to schedule an appointment. Is there a way I can control the exact lenght that the form appears or scale it like I might a picture? Also, I am having an issue trying to remove the labels and only use a hint label on each. The form will let me remove them, but on the website it shows as 3 periods . . . Can those be removed as well?

    Thanks, -Mike

    Hi Mike,

I would recommend that, if your web authoring software permits, you use the Iframe embed code. Not only does JotForm automatically define the appropriate height for your form, you can also dictate how high your JotForm will be in pixels by manually changing the code. Just look for the <iframe> tag's Height attribute.

Regarding the labels, instead of removing the default labels through the form itself by double clicking it, go to the Properties Wizard and delete the text from there instead.

We hope you find these tips useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
