Hi, I am designing a form in which tenants would go online and submit a request for repair service at their unit and I want to have the form not only automatically send the form to us but to the landlord as well so that they see what the tenant is requesting and not having to wait for us to notify them. Is there a way that I can make this happen?
For you to receive a copy of the form you need to setup an email notification. For the landlord to receive a copy of the form you need to setup an auto-responder email. You need to have a field in your form like "landlord's email" and then you need to define that field as the auto-responder recipient address:
