    I received an invoice and receipt and charge in my credit card for one month November. I’d like to know why and why they have my credit card.

    Thanks for reaching out about the charge you receive. Upon checking, you have an account here in Jotform that is currently subscribe to Bronze plan. The account has been subscribe to the plan since 2017 and there are no changes on the details as well.

    I’m sorry but there has been a change from billing me monthly not annually. I used to get something to select the annual amount. This account is actually for a charity children’s camp and I won’t be on the board much longer so this won’t work. I have to say it is very frustrating not to be able to talk to someone on the phone.

    Upon checking the invoice I can guarantee that the subscription that was charge is for monthly only. You are only charge for 1 month subscription starting November 21.
