How can we structure the e-mails going to "Thunderbird" from jotform so that when we reply to them it doesn't say

We have tried doing what all of the other forums say however it is not working. We run a basic registration through jotform for our tennis company and find it to be frusterating when trying to respond to clients only to find out when clicking on "reply" the e-mail pops up as "noreply@jotform or noreply".

    Please advise us.

To make that change - please go to your email notification settings and update the "reply-to-email" field as shown below:

The options presented are fields on the form - select the field where the client would fill out their email - and when you click on "Reply" from thunderbird - the clients email will show up instead of ""

    Did that help?
