    How can I respond to e-mails without the noreply@jotform popping up?

    How can we structure the e-mails going to "Thunderbird" from jotform so that when we reply to them it doesn't say noreply@jotform.com.

     

    We have tried doing what all of the other forums say however it is not working. We run a basic registration through jotform for our tennis company and find it to be frusterating when trying to respond to clients only to find out when clicking on "reply" the e-mail pops up as "noreply@jotform or noreply".

     

    Please advise us.

    Hello,

    To make that change - please go to your email notification settings and update the "reply-to-email" field as shown below:

    The options presented are fields on the form - select the field where the client would fill out their email - and when you click on "Reply" from thunderbird - the clients email will show up instead of "noreply@jotform.com"
