form not disabled

why is my form suspended? I was testing it this afternoon and now it says not found, and when I try to log in, it says my account is suspended, why?

Your account is getting suspended as you are using the word "Amazon" in your form. This triggers an automatic suspension of your account.

I've reactivated your account but you'll have to remove "Amazon" from your form and your emails in order to avoid further suspensions.

Thanks. If I remove the word Amazon, does the link goes to Amazon website also triggers the suspension?

also I’m still unable to log into my account on desktop, it says “looks like your iPad address has been banned”, however I’m able to reply to this thread on smartphone…
