Please remove the Script type (the one in green) and make sure you set the height is set to 100% and that the scrolling property is set to "YES" if the issue persists.

Hi, I have only embedded the first script, i believe the iframe is auto generated. I've double checked on this. I did try removing the script, but the form does not load at all, and if I try to copy the iframe code onto the page I get the home page loaded inside of the iframe.Thanks

You were right. You only used the script embed code, and the iframe code part is generated by the html widget where you have embedded the form.
To correctly fix this, please removed the embedded script code of the form and then get the iframe embed code from the form builder. Use this guiide -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Please try this and check again if it resolve the issue.

The iframe code did not work as well, there were nothing displayed. I tried the embedding the code itself and its working now.
