Collaborator getting IP address banned message

An individual that I invited to be a collaborator on a form (https://www.jotform.com/build/212986726736167) is getting a message that her IP address has been banned. We are all still working from home so her IP address will not be our company IP. The collaborator's IP address is 67.163.100.176. Can this IP be approved for access to jotform please? We are on a time crunch.

We apologize for any inconvenience. I have successfully whitelisted the said IP address so they should be able to access Jotform again.
