I have placed a JOT FORM on a site www.elegantly-handmade.co.uk and when the form is completed an email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. An email arrives but instea of the completed form being clearly laid out in the email it is at best a jumble of answers and is going to be impossible to use. Can youy advise how we can get a clearly laid out email containing the information on the form. Form in question is here: http://www.elegantly-handmade.co.uk/guest%20book%20order%20form.htm

Recreate your email notification, that should resolved the problem. To do that, just delete your existing notifier and then create a new one.
