Approvals with Employee Directory

    I want to create workflow approvals (good example would be new hire request) with multiple approvers (requestor's manager, director, HR director and Executive). While most positions are are static or can be referenced by generic email alias, "requestor's manager" will differ by the staff member making the request. We use Google Apps and Active Directory, but would also be willing to duplicate the employment hierarchy (like in a worksheet or table). Can something be done with Jotform to provide this type of dynamic approver assignment?

    Thanks for responding, but this doesn't answer my question. Is there a way to integrate/use a "datasource" of a company directory (google sheet, Google/Active Directory integration, etc.) so that jotform looks up the requestor's manager for approval?

    Do you mean to say that in the approval workflow, you want to look up email addresses from your Google directory and populate the email address into the approval flow?

    Sorry that feature is not available.

    You will need to manually add email addresses into the approval flow for approval.
