Hello can you help me with my form submissions?
I have a number of inventory widgets on my form and now I don't know which is which (please see uploaded picture). Picture below indicates that the client ordered 1 of each product but it doesn't tell me which one it is.

Hello Angela,
This happens because the inventory widget is set by default to save responses without the labels to make certain calculations possible using the widget.
You can change this setting and see the inventory labels on submission notifications by following these steps:
- Click on the inventory widget you want to fix, then the magic wand icon to go to the widget settings.
- Scroll down in the widget settings to find the Submit Value With Label option and set it to Yes. Then click Update Widget to save the seting.
You will need to repeat these steps for each individual inventory widget you want to fix.
