Transfer the account to another user

Dear Sir,

I have an account on jottform and want to transfer this account to another user. Will the new account owner lose the data?

and if yes, how can I change my credentials (i.e. username and password) so he can use the account?

You can either update the username and email address of the account to the new user's details or we can move the forms to the new account if you say.
