    Back to top after submission so submitters will be able to see the thank you message

    I have two forms: registration and survey

    I need both of the forms to scroll to the top of the page after submission, so that users can see the Thank You page.


    On the registration page, when users select YES for cancelation, it hides all of the previous fields (so that they will clear out in the submission), but I want the page to scroll up to the top so users can actually see the form as they are left with the bottom of the page blank and will get confused.


    Can you please help me out with this?

    Scroll to top after submission isn't yet an option to Jotform's default thank you page and thank you message settings. We're sorry to say that. You may want to create a thank you page to your website and use it to your form custom thank you URL: Custom Thank You URL. So, after the users click submit button to your form, they will be redirected to your custom thank you page.


    Please create a new thread about the issue with a form that has conditional logic which hides multiple fields that lefts the bottom of the form blank. We should be able to come up for a possible solution. We can only deal one issue per thread so we appreciate if you create a new thread for that.
