'Submit' button no longer working on mobile on our Jotform embed on Squarespace

Thanks for your great service! We've gotten so much great use out of Jotform. We use a Jotform embed for a submission form on our Squarespace site: https://www.schooloffaith.com/prayer-intention-form - unfortunately, in the last couple of days the submit button has stopped working on mobile (across all browsers, it seems). It still works on the desktop site across all browsers.

We experience a greyed out submit button (greyer than usual, at least!) that cannot be clicked on. Many of our users access this page through their phones each day so we are hoping to resolve this soon. We understand Thanksgiving is tomorrow though and we understand the solution may not be instant!! Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your Thanksgiving week. Let us know if there is anything we can do on our end to resolve this issue. Best.
