Adding pictures to Jot Form and getting help

Hi. My co-worker says adding a product to an existing jot form can be extremely time consuming and there are challenges. For example, she will try and add a jpeg picture that is in our artwork folder and another picture will appear in its place. Has to download it three or four times before the correct one shows up. Very time-consuming. Here's our link.

Our client wants to add product to this form and unfortunately it takes forever. Any tips on expediting this process? We have to add a picture and sizes of the new items.

On another note,

. Are you aware of any freelancers or services that offer this? I was thinking of approaching a local high school which is one of the top magnet schools in the country and outsourcing this.

I've cloned your form and tested it from our end and sadly, I can't replicate the issue. I am able to upload pictures with no issues. On my first attempt, the correct picture was uploaded. Could this be related to how the thumbnail of the pictures is showing? You may have the setting where it will only show the name of the picture file and that makes it hard to choose the correct photo on your first attempt. Please see the example below for Windows users:

If yes, you may want to change how the files are shown to "Large icon".
