Hello, we have recently run into an issue where the applicants have chosen a date and time for their appointment, but on our end, it appears as 1 hour earlier than the time they have actually chosen. For example, when viewing an application, the chosen appointment time will read as: Wednesday, November 24, 2021 2:00pm-2:30pm, but on the applicant's side (as well as in the appointment confirmation email they receive) it will read as: Wednesday, November 24, 2021 3:00-3:30pm.
Thankfully, we are able to contact the applicants to figure out this discrepancy but I was wondering if there is anything we can do to help fix this error and make the appointment process easier?

Hello,
Could you tell us which Form this is concerning?
It almost sounds like the daylight savings time problem that was happening about a month ago. Could you clarify when this started happening?
I cleared your form cache and would like to ask you to clear your browser cache as well.
Also, have you set up a notification email? And If so is the appointment time in that the right one or is that off as well?
