The images in almost all of my image sliders are distorted...please help!

Hi there...I've been playing with this and researching trying to avoid messaging you, but I'm at a loss and need help! I tried deleting all the image sliders and going one by one to see if it was a specific image issue and it doesn't appear to be that. I'm not sure...but would love these images to look correct. Please help!

Oops….sorry about that, here is the form. And I have this form connected to a GoDaddy website and I have only looked on my computer, haven’t tried any other ways so it sure.

It seems to sometimes look fine and I change nothing and the next time I check it's distorted again. It is distorted again...the water bottle example from your last response doesn't seem to have the issue...it's mostly just the bag tag, ribbons & standard water bottle.
