    Hello Norma - If you mean you have made a submission to a Jotform, please contact the owner of the form to confirm if they already received it.

    Note that we only host the forms they created, so it's them who can confirm if your submission is successfully received.

    Usually, they are the ones who shared the form link to you or the owner of the website where the form is embedded.
