Why doesn't the submitting email get emails notifying them that changes have been made to their form?
Notifier emails go out, but not Auto Responder?
I even tried setting a hidden checkbox set to Yes and then checking conditionally, if yes (always true by the way) then send Auto Responder - no luck.
I am trying to reassign items to other people - I need the new assignee to get the email so that they know they've been assigned.

I have performed a test submission to your form at this time. I added my email address to the volunteer field and successfully received the autoresponse email address.
Please try it out with multiple email addresses.
Do let us know if the issue persits. Thank you.

The issue is not on the CREATION. It is on the EDIT.
Once the submission has been created, the email address gets changed - in other words, it gets reassigned. I need the person who it has been reassigned to, to receive an email notification once that happens. But it isn't happening.
On EDITS, Notifier emails go out, but not Auto Responder? HOW can I make that happen?

Hi, I am trying to understand what you are trying to accomplish. what do you mean by "The issue is not on the CREATION. It is on the EDIT." ?
Also, "Once the submission has been created, the email address gets changed" Are you trying to forward that submission to another email address? if yes, just click on "MY FORMS", select the form and click on "Submissions", then on "Forward".

Regarding the autoresponder, which by the way does not need to have a conditional statement to make it work, As my colleague stated, it is working, so anyone who fills your form out will immediately get an email confirmation of their responses.
