I paid my $9.95 on Mar 25 and then again Mar 27 and I receive this email:
This email is to confirm the cancellation of your subscription for JotForm
The following reason was given:
Unable to charge your subscription, originally set for Mar. 12 , 2014
Please note that this cancellation simply means that you will NOT be billed any longer for this product, it does NOT mean we have issued a refund.
If you did not intend to have this subscription cancelled, please contact email@example.com.

Upon checking your account's payment history, it shows that your March 25 payment did not go through, which is why there was another attempt at March 27 by Plimus to charge again. They've been trying to charge your card since March 12, unfortunately, none were successful which is then why you received an email from them.
Please contact your credit card service provider for this matter since Plimus could not make a successful charge from your card.
