Error 502 Bad Gateway very frequent & webhook and email notification not activating

    Hi guys! I've been having a lot of trouble with one of my forms. It'd already happened before but since yerterday it's been super frequent.

    When the user chooses to finalize the form he gets the Error 502 Bad Gateway which make it seems like the response wasn't recorded, but it's recorded in the database so it causes input duplications because the user thinks it didn't go through and fills it again.

    Additionally to this, the input is recorded in jotform but since it shows the error, the email notification isn't sent and the webhook doesn't work, so my automations are failing.

    PD: I already cleared the cache with no solution. The error doesn't happen in all the submissions, so I don't guarantee you can replicate it in every test you do, yet I've been having it 3 to 5 times per day.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Since it is a live form, can we test your form a few times by sending test submissions?

    Please share one of the value for "Spreadsheet to form" widget which we can use in testing and we will take a look.
