FORM NOT EXPANDING/LOADING IN CHROME/SAFARIAsked by wambun on March 28, 2014 at 09:29 AM
My forms are not loading correctly in chrome/safari (basically any other browser other then the useless IE) when I use the simple embed function.
I do not like to use an iframe because the formatting of the form becomes large and clumsy. This just stopped working about 5-7 days ago. Can you get the embed working with chrome again?
If you can fix the css on the iframe to look exactly the same as the embeded code then that will be fine.
The iframe method is simpler and has less script conflicts. But as you have conditions that expand your form that might create an undesirable visual effect as the total height of the form might seem strange when some fields are hidden, leaving big blank areas. In alternative you can try to use the source code method instead:
Let us know if this a solution for you.
The source code does not look right either!
So there is nothing you can do to either make the embed code work like it was working the last three months? Or so make the iframe code "look right" (Like the embed code)?

Very sorry for the previous response. The problem is that the page contains jquery code that comes in conflict with our forms which are made in java prototype.
To prevent this issue. Please insert this no conflict function,
Right after the last jquery reference:
