Notification email: Conditional logic to change recipient

    Hi,

    I have a form that should be sent to an email address everytime a customer completes it. But this same form has many different conditions in order to send a copy to other people to, depending of the contents of certains fields. These conditions work fine, but the email of ALL forms is not sending and I can't seem to see why.

    One of my conditions sends another copy of the email to the same email address that is not receiving a copy of all of them. And this is working fine too.

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    I have looked at your form, and as you have conditions to change the recipient, the email will only send to the email listed in the condition. If you would like a notification sent to the main email despite the conditions, you will need to add that email to all the conditions.

    For example, if you also want a copy of the emails sent to Edith, you need to add the main email as well.
